Refund Policy

CoachAnthonyTTY is committed to providing structured, high-quality development services. Due to the nature of our products and services, the following refund terms apply.

1. Digital Products (Playbooks & Guides)

• All digital product sales are final

• Once a Playbook or guide has been delivered, no refunds will be issued

2. Sessions (1-on-1 & Group)

• No refunds for completed sessions

• Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited

3. Rescheduling Policy

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice

• Less than 24 hours notice may result in loss of the session

4. Packages

• Packages are non-refundable once started

• Unused sessions are not eligible for partial refunds

5. EXTEND Services (Strategy & Consulting)

• All EXTEND services are non-refundable

• These services involve time, planning, and strategy work that cannot be reversed

6. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in cases of:

• duplicate charges

• technical or payment processing errors

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
